Our Promise to You

Warranty:

Subject to the conditions and exclusions, all Lecico ceramic products have a lifetime guarantee and a 5 year guarantee on brassware against manufacturing defects. Lecico will rectify or replace free of charge any faulty piece.

Mechanisms & seats:

All mechanisms supplied with LECICO are covered by a two year warranty against faulty manufacture. Spare parts due to breakage can be purchased from our hotline (19883).

Service:

Customer should obtain warranty service for faulty products either by contacting our hotline 19883 (24 hours) or by visiting our sales and customer service showrooms. In all cases customers must provide a copy of the purchase receipt to obtain warranty service.
